MONKEY BREAD Sticky bread, bubble loaf, pinch-me cake or monkey brains - these are how it is called. Wikipedia says that how the term “monkey bread” is derived is “uncertain.” So don’t ask anymore. =)Divide the dough into small 1.5 inch balls. Place them in a greased pan, just enough for the dough to fit when they rise and grow for 10mins before baking.
Sprinkle with raisins (and nuts if you wish!) Mix equal amount of butter and brown or white sugar and dashes of cinnamon. Spread this mix over the dough pieces.
Bake in the oven until sugar and butter melt and top is brownish.Serve hot! It is recommended that you eat  by tearing a piece away with your fingers…so it’s best eaten by hand =)
